Welcome to Penrith Under 13s Boys, we train every Thursday 6pm - 7pm at Penrith Rugby Club either on grass pitch or artificial grass pitch.
The Under 13's age group is for boys under the age of 13 (Year 8) at the start of the season (September 1st).
Matches are full contact, max 13-a-side, 25 minutes each way.
Introduction of sin bin for foul play.
